What is the lifetime guarantee?

Since January 2020, all lights bought for a domestic setting are covered by a free lifetime guarantee. The company promises to service and maintain any lights bought by customers. If a problem cannot be repaired, they will replace and responsibly recycle the old light.

Who invented the Anglepoise® lamp?

The Anglepoise® lamp was invented by British automotive engineer George Carwardine. In 1932, he invented a formula for a new kind of spring mechanism that was originally intended for vehicle suspension, but he realized it would work perfectly in a lamp. This elegant invention could be positioned at any angle with the lightest touch.

What types of lamps does Anglepoise® offer?

Anglepoise® offers a range of lighting products including desk and table lamps, floor lamps, wall lights, ceiling lights, and oversized lamps. They also provide accessories, spare parts, and repair and rewire services for their products.

What is the warranty for lights purchased before January 2020?

For lights bought before 20th January 2020 in the UK, the warranty offered is 5 years. Customers are expected to register their product within 90 days of purchase.

What are the delivery terms?

Free delivery is offered within 5 working days for UK online orders. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. Giant lamps can take up to 6 weeks for delivery as they are built to order.
