BellQR was created by a restaurant owner frustrated with existing QR menu solutions. Built and tested inside Bell & Bastion, a restaurant in Gozo, Malta, the platform combines restaurant operations with product experience insights.

Most QR menu platforms focus on replacing printed menus. BellQR focuses on improving the full guest experience. Guests can browse in their own language, filter by dietary requirements, save favourites to show staff, and leave quick feedback. Restaurants gain insight into what guests enjoy, spot issues early, track feedback trends, and improve the guest experience over time.
