Loyalo is a Shopify app that enables merchants to sell subscriptions using native Shopify Selling Plans with recurring payments via Shopify Payments or iDEAL through Mollie. It includes a customer portal where subscribers can pause, resume, skip deliveries or adjust billing dates themselves. Do you charge a fee per subscription order?
No. You pay a fixed monthly price based on your number of active subscriptions. There is no percentage or transaction fee per order.
Does Loyalo work with Shopify Payments?
Yes. Loyalo uses Shopify Selling Plans and the Shopify checkout. You keep your existing payment provider and its terms.
Does iDEAL work for recurring subscriptions?
Yes, via Mollie. On the first order the customer pays with iDEAL and grants a mandate; subsequent deliveries are automatically charged by Mollie via SEPA debit on your own Mollie account.
Can I add Customer Loyalty later?
Yes. Customer Loyalty is an add-on at €199 per month on top of any plan. You can turn it on or off whenever you want; you can try it free during the trial period.
Can I cancel my Loyalo subscription monthly?
Yes, your Loyalo subscription is cancellable on a month-to-month basis. Your selling plans remain in Shopify and you can export ongoing subscriptions if you wish.
