Does anything change on my storefront before the scheduled time?

No. Until the moment you picked, the schedule only exists inside the app, your products are untouched. At that moment the app calls the Shopify Admin API and makes the change, exactly as if you had made it by hand.

Which timezone do schedules run in?

Your store's timezone, read from Shopify. If you pick 9:00 on a Friday, the action runs at 9:00 on Friday for your store, not for whatever server happens to execute it.

Can a schedule repeat?

Yes, on the Advanced plan: daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, with a set number of occurrences. On Demo an action runs once.

Can I build schedules from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file where each row is one action on one product and it becomes a schedule. Download the template first to get the columns. Import runs on desktop browser, not on mobile.

Is there a free plan?

No. The smallest plan is Demo at $4.99 a month, and Advanced is $9.49 a month. Both start with a 3-day free trial.

Maestro Products Scheduler is a Shopify app that automates bulk edits to your product catalog. Instead of manually changing products one at a time, you pick a target (products, a collection, variants, or a filter), choose from 36 actions (publish, price, tags, inventory, sales channels, SEO, metafields), and set when it should happen. Schedules run at your store's timezone on Shopify's servers, so you don't need to keep your browser open.

The app handles common tasks like launching products at a specific time, running sales with automatic end dates, rotating seasonal collections, and managing large catalogs. You can set actions to run once or repeat daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly on the Advanced plan. Every schedule is logged, so you can see what ran and troubleshoot any failures.
