Mise is a procurement and approval workflow system that replaces WhatsApp groups and email chains with a single vertical platform. Kitchen staff raise requests from any device, chefs approve them with full audit trails, and procurement manages suppliers through automatic purchase order splitting.

The system features role-based approvals with configurable thresholds and partial approval support. Purchase orders reach suppliers as WhatsApp messages and emails, with no software needed to confirm. When deliveries arrive, storekeepers photograph the delivery note and AI-powered OCR automatically extracts item names and quantities, flags discrepancies against the purchase order, and updates live inventory.

Mise provides real-time stock levels across multiple locations with FEFO issuance (First Expired, First Out) and expiry alerts. It includes recipe costing with multi-level bill of materials, production logging with waste tracking, and budget management by cost center. The platform supports nine different roles with granular capability controls and is fully bilingual in English and Arabic.
