Parcel is a product image exporter that converts store product CSVs into organized ZIP files. Upload your CSV from Shopify, Squarespace, WooCommerce, Webflow or Wix, and Parcel downloads all product images, names them by SKU or product handle, groups them into folders by product, and delivers them as a single ZIP with an optional manifest spreadsheet.

The service requires no store login, API token or app permissions. Images are downloaded at their original quality without resizing or recompression. Up to 25 products are free; larger exports use one-time payments of $9, $19 or $39 depending on catalog size. Agencies can subscribe to monthly plans covering unlimited clients.

Parcel handles platform-specific formats: Shopify and WooCommerce variations, Squarespace product bundles, Webflow CMS items, and Wix media IDs. It tracks failed downloads, reports errors, and allows retries while files remain available. The service processes in the background, preserves your privacy by reading CSVs locally, and uses Stripe for secure checkout.

Questions

Do I need to connect my store?
No. Export your product CSV from your store's admin and upload it to Parcel. The service never asks for your store password, an API token, or app permissions.
Are images compressed or resized?
No. Parcel downloads the exact image files at the URLs in your CSV. If a URL points to a resized version, that is the version included.
What happens if an image fails to download?
The export continues with the remaining images. A failed-downloads.csv file lists unsuccessful URLs and their errors. If every image fails, you receive an error instead of an empty ZIP.
How long are files available for download?
Saved results remain accessible for 24 hours after the package becomes ready. Individual download links last up to one hour, capped at package expiry, and can be renewed from the results page within that window.
