Your founder presence shapes how collectors and enthusiasts encounter your brand. Before any product arrives on VIP Life Retail, your founder profile must be finished.
Building your complete profile
Navigate to /account/founder to present yourself. You will need:
- A photograph with a one-line caption
- Your full name
- Your professional title or role
- Your country of residence
- A biography of at least 80 characters
- At least one personal link—your website or personal social profile (company pages do not suffice)
Optionally, add your city and a founder story link to deepen the narrative.
Why your listing waits
You may draft, submit and pay for a listing without delay. However, it remains held from publication until your profile is complete. The listing itself is secure; nothing is lost. The moment your profile is finished, the listing releases automatically.
If your paid week has not yet arrived, it is preserved. Should the week have passed, your listing goes live this week at no extra cost, or enters the next available free-queue week, and we shall notify you of the timing.
Presenting co-founders
Invite collaborators through the Team section at /account/founder. Each co-founder will appear alongside your product once they have completed their own profile.

- What stops my listing from going live?
- Your founder profile must be complete. This includes a photograph with caption, full name, role, country, biography of at least 80 characters, and at least one personal link. Once finished, your listing releases immediately.
- Will I lose my listing if my profile is incomplete?
- No. Your listing is held safely. When you complete your profile, it publishes automatically. Any paid week ahead is kept; if that week has passed, it goes live this week or in the next free-queue week.
- How do co-founders appear on the listing?
- Invite them via the Team section at /account/founder. They will be shown once their own profile is complete.
